The hotel's signature cocktail is the creation of the unique Vermouth of Carcassonne, the Rigolo, which was elaborated in the laboratory of the artisan Liquorist of the House Cabanel created in 1900 in Carcassonne.

Made from local wines, orange peel and delicately scented with rosemary from the hotel's garden, it can be found as a "Spritz" at the Hôtel de la Cité. 

When the fine weather arrives, the Hotel's Bar Bibliothèque invites itself into the hotel's gardens for an experience combining relaxation and serenity, as close to nature as possible. Curled up in the armchairs of the terrace bar, you can enjoy music, a range of gourmet snacks and a wide range of wines from our region.
