Manifesto
A key player in the hotel and restaurant industry in the Occitanie region, this independent, family-run group has built its development on the commitment of its staff and a passion for the hotel business shared from generation to generation. In 2008, Cité Hôtels decided to position itself at the top end of the market and in the luxury segment.
The group now manages six hotels in historic locations, five restaurants, including two gourmet restaurants recommended by the Michelin Guide in Carcassonne, Toulouse, Figeac and Ax-les-Thermes. The group also owns a Brasserie with an Occitan flavour, a bakery in the heart of the medieval city and has acquired a catering company, l'Atelier des Saveurs by Hôtel de la Cité, which operates throughout the Occitanie region.

And a whole history that defines our Group. The family, our employees, to whom we are committed to passing on our humanist and civic values;
in the apprenticeship and expertise of the various hotel professions that we love in the regions that make up the richness of Occitanie and to which we are very attached. These are objectives that we defend day after day to ensure the satisfaction and influence of Carcassonne, Toulouse, Figeac and soon Ax-les-Thermes!
As the guarantor of service quality, good results and the pleasure of welcoming our customers, I support the managers of each establishment. I encourage them to grow, to develop their teams and to optimise their performance!
In charge of managing and monitoring all financial, accounting, legal and administrative activities. For a group that is constantly growing and regularly opening new establishments, rigour and resistance to stress are paramount!

Our hotels are the setting for a multitude of captivating stories. As the person in charge of web and print visibility for Cité Hôtels, my role is to put these stories into words and images, to take our guests on a journey so that they, in turn, can write the next chapter.
