\n In October, every little bit helps\n <\/h1>\n\n

\n To mark Pink October, the teams at the Cit\u00e9 H\u00f4tels Group are joining forces with the Ligue contre le cancer.\n From Toulouse to Carcassonne, via Ax-les-Thermes and Figeac, our hotels are organising events throughout the month\n centred on wellbeing, prevention, sharing and fine dining.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n \n

\n Look after yourself. Look after others.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Yoga, charity massages, gourmet events, social gatherings and awareness-raising sessions:\n everyone can play their part, in their own way, in this collective effort.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n \n

\n Ax-les-Thermes\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Mercure Ax-les-Thermes & Les Opales Spa\n <\/h2>\n\n

\n Throughout October, Les Opales Spa is joining forces with\n \u20ac1 donated to the Cancer League for selected massages<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Yoga is also joining the movement with four charity sessions on\n 1, 8, 15 and 29 October at 6.00 pm<\/strong>.\n The session is open to 15 \u20ac<\/strong>, including \u20ac1 donated to the Cancer League<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n When it comes to fine dining, the restaurant F\u00e9dou<\/strong> offers a\n pink macaron for \u20ac9<\/strong>, with, once again, \u20ac1 donated<\/strong> for every macaron sold.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n 30 October \u2013 Pink October After-Work Event<\/strong>
\n From 5.30 pm to 8 pm, including a taster yoga session at 6 pm and a range of activities focusing on wellbeing.\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n \n

\n Carcassonne\n <\/p>\n\n

\n H\u00f4tel de la Cit\u00e9 \u2013 MGallery\n <\/h2>\n\n

\n At the H\u00f4tel de la Cit\u00e9, Pink October is all about wellbeing and fine dining.\nThroughout the month, \u20ac1 is donated to the Cancer League for every one-hour manual massage<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n A number of yoga sessions are also planned in partnership with\n Alovive<\/strong>, 100 % women\u2019s sports centre, offering sessions at\n 15 \u20ac<\/strong> and limited to 12 participants.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n 27 October \u2013 Pink October After-Work Event<\/strong>
\n From 6 pm to 8 pm \u2013 \u20ac25 per person.
\n Drinks, canap\u00e9s, hand massages, a scent workshop and an exploration of wellbeing.\n <\/div>\n\n

\n The campaign is also continuing in the kitchen:\nfrom mid-October until the end of the month,\n For every lunch menu sold, \u20ac1 is donated to the Cancer League<\/strong>.\n A special \u2018Pink October\u2019 cocktail is also part of the campaign.\n <\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n\n \n

\n Carcassonne\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Mercure Carcassonne La Cit\u00e9\n <\/h2>\n\n

\n At the Mercure Carcassonne La Cit\u00e9, Pink October is reflected in the little touches that make up everyday life.\nEvery morning, a pink detox water<\/strong> is available for breakfast throughout the month.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The teams are also playing their part in the campaign by wearing their\n pink pin<\/strong>, a symbol of their support for Pink October.\n <\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n\n \n

\n Toulouse\n <\/p>\n\n

\n La Cour des Consuls \u2013 MGallery\n <\/h2>\n\n

\n At La Cour des Consuls, the spa is running a series of events throughout the month, featuring\n \u20ac1 will be donated to the Cancer League for each eligible 1-hour and 1\u00bd-hour massage<\/strong>.\n Customers can also make an additional donation.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Two yoga sessions are on offer on\n 20 and 27 October, from 9 am to 10 am<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n 28 October \u2013 Pink October After-Work Event<\/strong>
\n From 5.30 pm.

\n\n On the programme: a talk on breast cancer prevention,\npresentations by two osteopaths, an overview of the work of the Ligue contre le cancer 31,\na scent workshop, pink cocktails and mocktails, and canap\u00e9s.\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n \n

\n At a restaurant The Viguier\u2019s Dinner<\/strong>, solidarity is also found on our plates.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n \u20ac4 is donated to the Cancer League for every lunch set menu purchased.<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The formula A main course and dessert are available for \u20ac24<\/strong>,\n at lunchtime from Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays.\n <\/p>\n\n
